Mono Monday.....Rhymes with 'Quick'

Much as I like Rugosa Roses, they are a nightmare to prune as the thorns are so thick  and sharp, they prick my fingers so badly and the thorns are extremely difficult to remove........this year, I am asking my neighbour to deal with them!  The garden was covered in a heavy white frost again, which has gradually thawed, out a repeat of yesterday's weather....it's freezing cold.  An hour of dance/excercise and I'm thoroughly warmed up now ......Thanks to laurie54 for hosting :)
