Doctors orders take it easy

Not been very well for a while so spending most my time in the house getting plenty rest but keeping mobile at the same time as a few weeks ago myself and busboy were emptying the plant pots that were at the front door lost my grip it was too heavy for bus boy and my back went the doctor said that my scarum  keeps going into spasm busboy been a right diamond pampering me like I'm a princess doing anything I need done even taking me on small runs in the car was at the hospital on Saturday for a scan on my throat got told something there but she wasn't sure what it was getting her boss to take a look at it and send result to the doctor who is phoning me on thursday trying not to worry but it's very difficult
