CHEESE WITH A CHILLI KICK

Usual Monday - Fitness Class and Slimming Club.  Not many at Fitness this week but Linda was back.  However she was " on strike " and flatly refused to do any exercises no matter how much our instructor Emma tried to persuade her.  Emma's speaker was broken and the music from her phone wasn't very loud.  It really made the class more difficult -  loud music makes you want to move more for sure.  Hope she gets her speaker fixed for next week.  Slimming Club was very busy - it  always is in January. ( I gained half a pound. )

The Mono Monday theme today is " rhymes with quick ".  When I saw this pack of cheese in Tesco this afternoon I thought it might fit. I'm sure it will have a real chilli kick.  This pack did not end up in my shopping basket - I don't care for chilli ( or any spicy food really ).  Thanks to laurie54 for hosting Mono Monday this month.
