Give up time

I have decided to give the Niquitin patches a go today. I have given up so often but keep going back so hopefully this time I will quit for good. Went back smoking when I damaged my back back due to being knocked down by an 18 month old Italian Spinone pup 3yrs this August and has left me with chronic back pain ever since.
