Fixing a well

We generally find broken or non functioning pumps in new areas.
This is sometimes due to bad design but often as a result of villagers inability to fix the pump or find replacement parts. The ability of villagers to mantain their pump is a vital part of the water business, but is often absent.
At any given time less than 50% of pumps can be working in rural areas!!
