In Memory

Today was the memorial service for the mother of my best friend growing up.
After a tough fight against cancer its time to rest.

She is still a dear friend to me and although the situation was sad it was very nice to get back in touch with her and see her family again.
Its funny how you keep saying, I'll call...we must hang out...but it never seems to happen, even though we don't live that far apart.

Now we've got more concrete plans and I'm happy to be seeing her again.
