Old Wood

The 'old wood' currently forms part of the lych gate to the church, but it was originally part of the bell frame in the church. Parts of the church date back to Norman times, so nearly 1000 years old now.

It's still VERY cold here. The kids have not left the house all day, one preferring to lounge around in her onsie and the other on his xbox.

Tonight we have a log fire and tv planned. Enjoy your weekend everyone :)
