Cwmcarn

What à great venue for today's First Aid for Mental Health course. Cwmcarn Forest Visitor Centre.
There was lots of blue sky, but only a long way above us. The centre is in a very steep little valley and apparently doesn't feel the kiss of the sun at all in the dark winter months. Certainly the trees stayed like this all day.
As ever à tough but rewarding course to run, and hopefully I'll be back in S Wales again soon to deliver more.
