Girvan Prom parkrun

Back on the parkrun tourist trail this morning with Alison, Steph and Craig. Another early start with a 6.30am pickup as we were heading to Girvan.

It was very frosty when we left Livingston. Apparently Glasgow was bad too, with the majority of Glasgow parkruns being cancelled due to black ice today. Fortunately the coast was fine and we had a lovely, albeit cold and windy run in Girvan.

Shattered when I got home though, so lazy afternoon at home followed.
