Forgotten name of this it’s on the windowsill

Managed to take it with my phone after Compline so quite pleased. Was at the Surgery for my annual review Bp and Thyroid and weight nearly had a heart attack mind you I had my Habit on and shoes and phone in my pocket! Will not tell you but drastic measures are called for. Mothers eyes are just the same! It is worrying.
