Cold night and a bright sunny day. Still cold thought. Woke up with a really sore neck - must have slept awkwardly. Hasn’t got better despite sitting with a hot water bottle on it and taking ibuprofen Had a routine catching up day with several lengthy phone calls- nothing to do with Nottingham house for a change . Popped out in the afternoon for a few errands and just caught the end of the sunset
