Victorian Necropolis

Undercliffe Cemetery, Bradford, which opened in 1854, is a Grade 2* listed park/garden.  It contains many rather grand C19 monuments, and has been described as 'one of the most striking achievements of Victorian funerary design'.
It's a fascinating place to walk around reading the inscriptions.
The site is around 210m above sea level and contains more than 23,000 graves - so there's lots to see.
