Taken on the way home from town.

Went into town an hour earlier for my psychotherapist appt to have a coffee.
Just bought a coffee and sat down and she phoned and cancelled. I was so annoyed and upset, and my thoughts went spiralling. 
Came home, self harmed and had a sleep.
