Pork and holy basil

This should be done with chicken, but as minced chicken doesn't appear to be readily available we normally use pork instead.

Usually works out okay.

Add in some lovely looking mushrooms from the Chinese supermarket ( which has me thinking do they sell minced chicken ), a bit of sweet red pepper.
Serve with some rice and leaves.

Yum.
