Treadmill

With the cold dark nights I have spent a lot of time this month in the garage on a treadmill.

These old running shoes are at least clean so have made a come back from the dead as my 'indoor' shoes of choice.

106 km either running or walking in Jan so far, 1km ahead of my 5km average target.

Feel much better for doing this too.
