A trip to meet the folks at the local Riding for the Disabled group this morning was fruitful.  Jamie will be joining them next time :-)

After a survey, a revised offer made (rewiring needed) and accepted, I am now able to move things forward with purchase of the bungalow we are interested in.   Electrician, builder and plumber all needed to help us make a house a home.
