Exhausted!

Because going to the gym clearly wasn't enough tonight, I decided to join my friend afterwards on an 'arctic run'! So in the frost and snow we set off down Gledhow road, where I discovered that I am not a natural runner!

Despite this we managed 3k, running at least half of the way! After climbing the hill home I was exhausted, hence all my gym gear thrown in a pile as soon as I got in!
