Winter is here!

Been out walking this morning but struggling to get that snowy landscape shot I am after. Got plenty of cool shots but now back home and reviewing them on the laptop, they mostly seem either a little under exposed or a blue tint to the shot. I upped the exposure compensation but did not know how to customise the white balance. Some more reading up to be done tonight and back out there tomorrow I think.

Any tips or tricks you could share with a beginner like me would be great.

Also been playing around with manual focusing for the first time today and quite liked this shot.
