A very Grand Design!

We have three buildings which featured on the programme Gand Designs fairly near us -but this is the nearest and we passed it today.
It was deisgned and largley built by an engineer and it is what you might call a kit house and was meant to be erected in a week.(I think it took about 10 days!) When it was finished the proud owner/designer/ builder opened it for a couple of days to let the locals see what it was like.
I suppose opinions could vary but as far as I was concerned it was totally wonderful! There is lots that is both simple and beautiful inside and it is also eco-friendly.
I can't advise re cost but I am happy to pass on orders and accept a large commission!
