.... back at Fountains Abbey til Sunday. Haven't been here for over a year since Mum died. It is one of my favourite places on earth.
Walked all they way round as soon as we arrived. There was moisture in the air forming a gentle haze at ground level as lovely late afternoon light.
A friend of my sister is staying with us - lovely (rather fizzy!) evening.
