Dirty music

Keith Jarrett’s Köln Concert arrives in the post today from an eBay seller. It doesn’t look good - it’s covered by some sticky substance and sports visible scratches on the playing side. Cleaned, I try it in the CD player and, unsurprisingly, it doesn’t play well. One track has clicks, another stalls and sticks half way through. Return and refund process invoked.
