Victorian housekeeper or nanny brooch.

I found this in a cupboard this morning and thought, I'm sure that's a needle case and indeed it is. I looked it up to verify and saw it said they were probably produced in about 1870.
I find all kinds off stuff in my house. Some of it interesting.
