The dropped stitch

Caught

A plodding day.
Back at work but moving at half speed.

I called in at the library and this poster, part of a small exhibition, caught my eye.

Work done, there was just time for a short walk at the Sands of Wright. (See extras).
It's a beautiful beach, today with dramatically changing light as the sun went down.

I gathered a handful of pieces of nylon rope and then found a large tangle of fishing line. All to take home for the bin, but I wanted to get a photo first. I wondered if the white shapes were covering fish hooks. Some Internet trawling required.

Lost in thought, I didn't notice the wave breaking and heading my way. I squelched back to the car with my gatherings.
