Tiny Stalker

Looks like one of my walking companions has a tiny stalker - he is always a few steps behind!

I spotted them whilst on a rather damp lunchtime plod to try and keep on track with my miles this year. I am well on track for the 1000 miles but as I decided to get 2020 miles in this time, I need to push it a bit.

Then I headed to a fun training workshop/lecture on what Strictly Come Dancing can teach us about feedback and assessment. So I enjoyed a few SCD clips whilst debating the pros and cons of various methods of giving and receiving marks and feedback to students.
