Erratic

I'm a real novice on geological matters but am guessing that this large rock   is an erratic dumped during the ice age.  We have quite a few of these scattered on the shoreline which is mostly igneous rocks.  In quite prepared to be corrected - I'm sure there are far more knowledgeable people out there in blip-world.

Was a lovely walk this morning - sunny but with a stiff east wind.
