Looming in the mist this evening.

I’ve been out this afternoon to the Garden Centre and Nurseries, where I meet the friend who had a bad stroke two years ago, which affected her speech.
She drives there, and I still find it amazing that she can find her way around like the back of her hand but still has garbled words at times. Today was one of those times. But she relaxed after awhile (coffee and cake helped!) and it was much better.
It is far from right but we persevere.
I’m tired now after tea, so am taking it easy. Stephen went to the gym this afternoon.
We’ll watch “Vera” later on Catchup, having watched Monday’s and Tuesday’s episodes of ”Silent Witness” last night.
