Yesterday Miss E (recovering from a serious knee fracture and extensive ligament damage) went out sledging with Miss L after being sent home from school early due to the weather. She came home in tears and we thought the worst re the leg!

No, it was her hands that were the problem - despite gloves - we were close to hypothermia by the screams.

Condemned to spend the day indoors today - wasn't going through that again! ;0)
