Lee’s not impressed and concedes defeat

After my absence from Monday’s post-Fit4Life class coffee and the bacon rolls it was back to normal this afternoon: coffee, tea and water for refreshment and not a bacon roll or sweet treat in sight. Main topic of discussion was Lee’s indiscretions and the effect this was having on his weight and tummy profile. Don’t think he was too impressed when signalling his defeat and my victory in the Winston Churchill manner.

But what’s this Lee? You may have had a bacon roll but what did that sly, clype John White and his wife Trish have for their meal tonight!! Must be worth an Empire Biscuit or a scone and jam from John should you not inform classmates of John’s indiscretions and the white carbohydrate he consumed at next Monday’s Fit4Life class.
