Some bargains from Staples in Blackburn

Still pretty snowy here in Blackburn Lancashire, but not as cold as many other areas.
We went shopping in town this afternoon and visited the soon to be closed Staples.
We were there to stock up on stationary, and these are the few items we bought.
Many bargains to be had, with many lovely products at 60% off.
I asked the girl at the till when they were closing but she said she didn't know.
There was a sad feeling to the once thriving store.
It was all a bit Titanic, without the ship going down, just focussing more on online sales.
We live in a changing world and I am old fashioned enough to prefer really respectful customer service.
That's why I support and volunteer at One Planet, where people are valued and influence what we stock . Customers really matter and there is always time to chat. Online is efficient but so materialistic.
