A bit of a nothing day today. My neck and side are still aching and it’s amazing how often you need those muscles. Heating engineer came round to look at leaky boiler. He needs to order a spare part. I did a big shop ready for  tomorrow when I’ll be cooking for dad and J- he is taking a hot lunch to work and heating it in the microwave there
