Flower Friday

Day off today - lie in.

Not for long as AJ had a dental appointment - she’s been having some problems but fortunately the dentist is going to sort it out (back next week).

Blood donation today, they are giving isotonic drinks prior to donation (tasty) although water available if you don’t like it. Did my bit, but then whilst having my coffee my arm decided to bleed for a bit longer .... the staff moved pretty quick. Soon resolved after some more pressure. Rewarded with the lovely T*c sandwich biscuits (main reason for donating!). They had stopped providing them and I think people complained :)

Back home to rest and regenerate ......
