Croquetta
The site that we are staying on has a quite good restaurant. Yesterday's experience was sufficient to call us back today for a repeat performance.
There is no choice on the first course, which arrives as a trio of starters. Today it had some similarities with yesterday's plate but also some differences, amongst which was the offering of a trio of Croquettas. We have developed a weakness for Croquettas, so this change was a welcome one. Here we have the Bacalao version (Cod), which was good but I enjoyed the Morcilla ,(Black Pudding/Blood Sausage) one the most. I will try to add that as an Extra...
Currently awaiting suitable weather in which to point the camera at the reservoir and it's resident wildfowl.
We plan to leave on Sunday, so will eat at the restaurant again tomorrow
