Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

There’s nothing like having someone new in your house to make you recognise the crazy in your family. Steve (EMP’s boyfriend) was round when I got home from work today. EMP mentioned that she had done the laundry and there was a sheet in the tumble dryer.

She then exclaimed “SHEET”. The two of us started laughing and I said “SHEET” back.

To us, this is hilarious and a throwback to us saying “sheet” in a (dodgy) Italian accent and laughing about putting a “sheet” on the bed.

But this is hard to explain without looking like mentalists. Thankfully Steve just laughed at us. He’s heard my Murphy voice. Pretty sure he isn’t phased by my “sheet.”
