Pingvellir

Its been a cold still day here in Iceland and we've been walking in the Pingvellir National Park.  I've taken a ridiculous number of (very similar) photos, so will have to spend some time deleting the vast majority of them - but its a nice problem to have.  Some of them are in the extras.

Later on this afternoon we tried a different outdoor pool.  Once again it was a beautifully clean, friendly and well organised facility.  I am going to really miss the luxury of being able to soak in a hot pot with a temperature of 38-40C.  I did also do some exercise swimming a kilometre in the cooler 50m pool.

We're due some snow again overnight. The amount varies wildly depending upon which forecaster you read.   Hopefully it won't be the 26cm one is suggesting, as we won't be able to go anywhere tomorrow if that were to materialise!
