Scots

Last week I saw that IntoFilm were offering a free cinema screening to help encourage the teaching of Scots language in schools. It was very last minute but I managed to organise to take my class along. It’s the first time I’ve taken this class out of school and I was a bit apprehensive but it was great. The children listened to a Julia Donaldson story being read in Scots and then watched the film adaptation. They then had to review the film in Scots.
