Lone Runner

Another inintentional shot in the dark, trying to push the boundaries on the camera, I didn't notice the runner until she was along side me.
"Too dark for photies, Mate" was all he jovially said.
Perhaps he was right. What do I know anyway.
Hey Ho, Manflu nearly over, (I'm obviously a weakly child), and I'll be out running on Sunday.
(Doctor says its ok as long as I don't over stretch and stop if i feel anything pull)
