I see no gannets!

The gannets are all at sea in warmer waters. They begin to return to The Bass Rock next month. After a very very early night shift, and an unscheduled encounter with the City traffic cops, a restful bus ride to North Berwick was a perfect antidote.

However the bus broke down in Gullane so we had to transfer to a reinforcement service.

Lunch, with many visiting Poles, at the Scottish Seabird Centre.

A beach walk and a visit to the hardware shop before catching a much faster bus home!
