Let them eat cake...

Doesn't take much of an excuse to get me baking, so a wee flurry of snow had me rolling up my sleeves. Today, asides from the usual weekend bread and biscuit-tin filling to see us through the week, I tried a new recipe for a Swedish almond cake. The result? Mmmmn - happy tums all round.
