Paul Carrack was a great success. He played all the staples plus a few newies and had everybody out of their seats and singing along for the encores. 

And as promised,  he finished dead on 10 which meant an easy trip back across the Mersey to Oxton. 

After six hours shopping and a good walk from Lime Street to the Phil, I for one, and my legs for two, are ready for bed.
