Kiwi Summer..... Light and Shade at Marahau

Phew....what a great day, action packed. Friend Helen and I went on an early walk, then took packed lunches to Breaker Bay. Swam there... sea water cold but found some warm patches. Met up with photographer friends at Marahau for walk, chat and photography. Had real fruit ice cream. Helen and trekked over the tidal flats to see cockle fishers and sea birds. Then to the Park Cafe and finally more photography in the evening light on the board walks to the National Park.
