Tarriff’s....at foot..
A kinda of topical theme for today’s blip. Saturday’s are shopping days, well the mornings are, (Afternoon are for that afternoon feeling.. a nap..)
today is a special of sorts to my calendar, being the four Saturday of the month.
Briggs local farmers market is only small but the produce is local grown, fitting in with my small carbon footprint, supporting local artisan business. Not everyone’s able to do, a effort does have just rewards I believe.
To get to the place of trade, the bridge has to be crossed which forms a toil bar for tariffs to be administered. Northerners are no fools as to being good in business, especially those Gods own county “Yorkshire !” Lincolnshire is only next door, the neighbours aren’t all bad.
So onto the approach to the bridge I noticed Tarriff charges are to be administered, lucky I still have small amount of the old currencies. Euros aren’t taken, so it’s £ s d only folks...
