Gymnastics Day

L and A get to use a different gym on a Saturday on their 10am-4pm session. They’re always first to arrive which looks good to the coaches.

I had parkrun this morning and ran a bit with my sister and an old family friend.

Popped up to the gym later to round off the morning then back home as MrsT had stripped the wallpaper off the dining room and got paint and my afternoon job is to paint the ceiling, walls and doors of both the dining room and kitchen.
