More signs of spring ?

Today has been very relaxed after a busy week. Late start for N [ sleeping off the effects of last nights dinner] while I spent an hour doing the BigGardenBird Watch ....somewhat unsuccessfully....of the 10 or so regular bird species which visit our garden regularly only 3 showed up! We then met C & M for coffee followed by a walk around the village before going up to town to meet H & R for a coffee. Oh and to book my train tickets for a trip to London in late February to meet up with my group of friends I trained as a nurse with.....I think its about 10 years since I last met up with them. So all in all a very enjoyable day :)
