Evans Lookout Pano

MUST BE SEEN LARGE

I finally drove down the recently re-opened Evans Lookout Road to check on the fire damage. While much of the Blue Mountains that tourists will see looks largely unaffected by recent happenings, parts of the Evans Lookout precinct have been burned severely. I shall post some pictures and a detailed report very soon.

I went to the lookout itself which shows a section of the Grose Valley which can't really be seen or appreciated from the more frequently photographed Govetts Leap Lookout.

The light was being influenced by clouds and shadows from hills and so in order to show some useful detail I did process the stitched result to some extent.
