Swanning Around

A trip out today birding and a chance to catch up with my mates. We ventured over to RSPB Frampton marshes to see what was around. A few good bits to be seen. It was a bit cold and blustery with a lot of things rather distant. I did manage to get a few shots including these Whooper Swans there was around 60 of them so it was nice to see these winter visiting swans. I did also manage a few more shots which can be seen HERE , including a couple of nice Godwits and also a shot of part of a big flock of 1000+ golden plover . An enjoyable day was had and looking forward to my next outing hopefully next weekend and the weekend after.
Back home in the warm and dry now watching some Cricket & football on TV  followed by some catch up TV later.
