Drama at Dusk

Yet another good nights sleep......grey and chilly morning, but not quite so damp, well until the rain came late morning :-/

We managed to get a walk in beforehand, plus a coffee stop, to read the papers a while. We got back home and hub caught up with daughter, whilst I caught up with youngest.

I partially prepared dinner, think its going to be pea & mint risotto, with a griddled pork chop.
So far we have had fruit and yoghurt for breakfast, melon and a couple of 'broghies' with spread cheese for me.....they are a bit polystyrene like, but I dont mind them ;-)

Spent part of the afternoon downloading, selecting and filing images. Portrait images from last weeks camera club now on a memory stick as tomorrow we will be having an editing session to work on some of them.

Just as I was finishing off on the computer I noticed the orange glow, a sunset, as it was getting dark, surprising as we haven't had any sun today. Quickly grabbed my camera and snapped this, bit too dark really, but I quite like the silhouettes against the red sky. Always reminds me of that colouring game where you scratch off the black wax crayon to reveal the colours underneath ;-)

FA cup games today, my team did well against much lower league competition, not so sure Wed. will have the same outcome :-/ but you never know ;-) Just watching Liverpool, Shrewsbury just had a fab chance to equalise, but blew it :-(

Supposed to be dry and bright tomorrow..... hope so!!
