Badgers and visitors

Woman arrived at midnight opposite my bed. A badger had bitten her finger off.
She saw it injured in the road, felt sorry for it, and bent down to comfort it. Suddenly it snapped and swallowed the end of her finger.
Surgeon said it’s a clean cut and no further surgery needed..
Two very good friends arrived this morning Libby and Drew Yule. Libby gave me this card of one of her batik painting and they also gave me this cuff snood which adds a bit of colour
