Quiet

Like many cats, Marnie a sixth sense. She never sits in this chair but some how she knew I was heading there and jumped up just before me. As she gets older (nearly 18), she craves warmth and fuss and my lap is often the preferred destination - whether I like it or not.

Watched a brilliant film this afternoon. The Vanishing with Peter Mullan and Gerard. Butler. Not quite a Sunday afternoon recommendation - was terrifying and brutal in places. But was full of atmosphere, beautifully bleak landscape and classy cinematography.
