MacKinnon

I was meeting friends in Edinburgh this evening for dinner, so travelled through earlier as I wanted to visit "Scotland's Photograph Album | The MacKinnon Collection" at the National Portrait Gallery.

In a joint venture with the National Library of Scotland, the plan is to display the photographs of the Murray MacKinnon Collection in various locations around Scotland over the next two to three years. The Collection provides a fine cross-section of social history between the 1840s and 1940s. Well worth a visit!
