Pleasantly confused

Leacadendron salignum, 'Julie'. It definitely flowered yellow in spring and now in the dry of summer she's flowering red.

It's caught my eye on several evenings with the blooms back lit by the sun.

I caught up with a couple of friends over lunch and one of them helped me sort a bedhead this afternoon.

Breakfasts and stuff for lunches are sorted for the week. The washing is done and I've managed to trim the tomatoes, remove laterals, and tie them up. My foot is a bit achy now but that's a pretty good effort.
